My new Fila from Mexico City. It is going to take a while to get him friendly, he has much temperment. But he likes the looks of the other dogs getting petted and he is giving in a bit now.

Amantecayotl

Several of my additions to the ancient art of featherworking in Mexico. The birds for my fans were all raised at Rancho Perros Bravos and the feathers harvested when dropped.

Corina

I just can't stop taking pictures of Corina. First small dogs I have owned and don't think I will ever get use to how small they really are. This little girl is seven weeks and weighs 17 ounces. All the dogs already accept her.

Josefina

My Chihuahuas favorite place on a cold morning, tucked into a jacket peeking out. These chihuahuas are called Deer Face, they are the natural ones, original, before the dog clubs turned them bug eyed and unhealthy.

Emiliana

Emiliana is a year old pup from Bella. I have her sister also, Buelah. The two are inseperable, even eat out of the same bowl together.

Nameless

My new baby Chihuahua, six weeks old and no name yet. She is learning to stand up to the pack and take her place. She sings like a bird, strangest little noise I have ever heard a dog make.

Ichi Ban Black

Growing fast, she is going to be big like her mother, who is around 140 pounds. She spends her days trying to get into trouble and sneaking in the house.

Gamusa at a Dog Show

Gamusa in Mexico City 2003 at the all Fila Dog Show with her handler. She won best in her group of young dogs and passed her temperment test. She is the mother of my new black girl.

Batan

Batan is a Champion Fila from Mexico City. He is coming to live with me tomorrow and will be the father of some of my pups in the future. We pick him up at the Tijuana Airport, he will be so glad to get here and meet his new family.

Old and Young

Mochi is the last of my Xoloitzcuintles. She is 17 years old now. She is crossed with a Queensland Heeler but the hairless gene is strong and she shows that heritage most. Next to her is my 2 month old Fila Pup.

La Bella and her six new pups, born Friday, November 26, Most seem to be brindle, one may be her color and one has a white chest and nose. All very healthy and active. Bella sits in her box with them and demands service by yodeling. She won't get up to eat or drink, she won't leave them that long.

Boomer 2

Boomer is 7 weeks old today. A family came to see him today, he will probably go to live with them now. Two pups in this litter. I raised them in the house. They were mostly house trained at 3 weeks, they did it on their own. He is very spoilt and will need lots of attention.

She is six months now. Born in Texcoco Mexico. Her parents came from a Fazenda in Brazil were they used the dogs for working cattle and guarding. She has strong temperment and will probably one day be the dominant female.

Cozy has been more problem than any other of the pups ever, extra playful, mischevious, demanding and now extremely spoilt. And so intelligent she has made her own decision to not bother about minding much.

Fawn with a white patch on her chest and white on her feet. An excellent fila and I may show her.
